Together We can Change our Future.
I am inquiring about job opportunities available on or near Nov. 1.
Dear Oklahoma Brain Tumor Foundation:
Thank you for all of your important work. I’m contacting you to introduce myself, share helpful information and resources, as well as explore any collaborations together.
In 1998 at age 24 years old, I was diagnosed with a Grade II oligo-astrocytoma brain tumor. Since then, I’ve had three awake brain surgeries (1998, 2011, and 2013), as well as radiation, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy with a dendritic cell-based vaccine in 2014. Now, at age 42, I’m extremely grateful to be alive and thriving.
My mission is to provide definitive, reliable education and advocacy about integrative cancer care for the whole person to improve quality of life, cancer survival, cancer prevention, and whole person health care. Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked for the U.S. Congress, non-profits, National Cancer Institute, Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine’s Clearinghouse, doctors, providers, hospitals, clinics, other businesses, patients, and caregivers. As my focus has evolved, I now have a dynamic website at http://www.jeanninewalston.com with over 200 articles about cancer, health, and healing for information and resources. I also provide a section on my site called Published Writing at http://jeanninewalston.com/services/published-writing/ showing links to some of what I’ve authored and been published elsewhere. If interested, please feel free to share information about my website to your audience.
Feel free to be in touch, and I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you very much. Wishing you all the best in 2016 and beyond!
